The unique workout combines: 

Kickboxing and MMA strike training on a Nexersys machine that calculates strikes, accuracy and power

AND

Full body functional training using sliders, Bosu ball, resistance bands, agility ladders, medicine balls and kettlebells. This part of the workout concentrates on mobility, balance, control and coordination to maximize form, speed and power.

BEGINNER

10-12 0z Traditional gloves paired with speed wraps or gel wraps (see below) are recommended for the first time striker. It will give you the extra cushion and support to help you build confidence with every blow.

 

NOVICE

 A good pair of gloves is your connection to what you're striking, and MMA/Bag gloves are built to deliver punch after powerful punch. Made from top-grade leather and high-quality foam.If you forgot your gloves at home or just trying for the first time, we got you covered.  we supply a limited quantity.

INTERMEDIATE

Gel Wraps are comfortable and conforming neoprene glove with gel knuckle and fist insert for superior coverage, comfort and protection. Wear under gloves in place of traditional hand wraps or alone if you are a proficient striker. Full wraparound elastic wrist strap keeps gloves secure and snug on hands during training. Nylon mesh inserts help hands breathe during workouts. Elastic metacarpal strap helps provide additional security to hands and fists.

 

ADVANCED

These speed wraps go on in seconds compared to a conventional handwrap. Heavy-duty handwrap material with dense foam padding over the knuckles for solid hand protection, an adjustable hook-and-loop strap for easy on and off and a Velcro strap that wraps around tight and supports your wrist.  Easy to wash and pair well with traditional gloves for added support.
